Pastor Scott Land
Senior Pastor

Pastor Scott was born and raised in the Cincinnati area. He is married to his wife Carla and has 2 children, all which live in the Eastgate area where they minister. Accepting the Lord as his savior in Jr .High he attended several churches and a Christian School. Upon graduating from Forest Park High School, he has worked many jobs over the years that has helped him to gain insight to people , personalities and their needs. Joining Bells Lane Baptist Church in 1992 he served in many ministries, but primarily with Youth until 1997 when the Lord called him to full time ministry. Attending and graduating from Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO in 2002 he was fortunate to work as youth Pastor at Cherry Street Baptist Church then moved back to Cincinnati to minister at his home church in 2002.  As associate Pastor he learned a lot about this congregation, the Word and ministry until he became the Lead Pastor at Crosspointe Baptist Church in 2009.

Pastor Roger Jones
Associate Pastor


Pastor Roger trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior in 1978. He has served in every teaching ministry at Crosspointe for all age levels since that time.  Roger currently serves as Associate Pastor supporting the pastor in adult ministries, teaching our Steadfast Life class. Roger’s passion is one-on-one discipleship. Roger and his wife Betty would love to meet you and encourage you in the Lord.
