Crosspointe Plus: Now Streaming God’s Hope

June 20-24 Mon-Fri 6:30-8:45pm

Bible Theme: To give children hope in a troubled world through the hope of God, His Son, and His Word.

Verse: Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

Theme: A streaming channel and app.

Hope – not a wish but rather the expected promise of God fulfilled.  The ‘know-so”. In a worldly sense it is a wishful outcome.  In a Godly sense it is an expected outcome.

Lessons

  • Day 1: God’s Hope knowing you were Created in the Image of God. Story of Adam and Eve. (In the Image of God and Emotions)

  • Day 2: God’s Hope in the times of rejection and hatred.  Joseph was rejected and hated by his brothers. (Rejection)

  • Day 3: God’s Hope when you want to give up.  Elijah giving up on life. (Depression)

  • Day 4: God’s Hope when you lose hope.  Peter’s denial and the lost hope in the death of Christ. (Guilt and Grief)

  • Day 5: God’s Hope equips us for all the struggles of life. Vanity of Solomon. (God’s Word and God’s Promises)

  • VBS Mandatory Worker Meeting AND BibleQuest Worker Training – Sunday June 5 after morning service with lunch.

  • VBS Setup and Decorating – Saturday June 18 (10-noon)

  • VBS finish decorating – Sunday June 19 after service (Father’s Day)
