MISSION STATEMENT

Crosspointe Baptist Church’s Children’s Ministry exists for the purpose of Biblical teaching and training a child by learning scriptural absolutes. Bible Quest exists to provide an environment that will allow the child to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and to be conformed into His image; to encourage the child to have a personal relationship in every aspect of his/her life; and to stimulate the child to share Jesus and the Word of God to his world.

We believe that a teacher/worker of the Word of God demands a high standard. Our Lord deserves the best and our children merit dedication.

Bible Quest’s STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to earth to provide a way for a person to approach God. By dying on the cross for one’s wrong doings, then rising from the dead, He has provided the only way to God. One must accept Christ’s provision by accepting it as truth and by turning from one’s wrong doings which the Bible calls sin.

Friendships and Relationships

A true friend is a gift. He or she is someone who will put your friendship ahead of anything else. If you have a friend like that, thank God for them. Then commit yourself to being the same kind of friend to them.

Proverbs 17:17 (NKJV) 17A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 18:24 (NKJV) 24A man who has friends must himself be friendly, But there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

We all desire to have friends that we can share life with. Play with. Talk with. Laugh with.

The people you have as friends will affect who you are. So you need to seek after godly friends.

But what happens when we have conflicts? Here are some helpful steps to help us avoid conflicts and help from causing conflicts.

Each year we like for our training to be focused on a certain area to help our workers and teachers to be informed and trained to help our students. This year we are focusing on the mental and emotional state of our student. God has created us as a complete person in the image of God. We are created physically as well as mentally. God wants us to be balanced mentally by understanding who we are in Christ.
